Awarded to a film that tackles global social or political issues with powerful storytelling. It recognizes works that provoke thought, inspire action, and offer hopeful, unifying visions—whether through protest, advocacy, or messages of compassion and change.
Focus Areas for Submission
We invite films that explore vital global issues, from healthcare access and mental health awareness to the transformative power of education in underserved communities. Stories tackling poverty reduction, child welfare, and food security are especially welcome, as well as works that champion cultural preservation and inclusion, highlighting the importance of protecting local and Indigenous traditions in a globalised world.
Children Action and the Humanity In Harmony Prize
This initiative is proudly supported by Children Action, a Swiss foundation dedicated to creating positive, lasting changes for children and young people worldwide. Through innovative programs, Children Action focuses on mental health, nutrition, education, and pediatric healthcare to ensure every child has a chance for a brighter future.
Children Action supports short films that highlight youth mental health, education, nutrition, and access to essential healthcare.
Films should envision a better future, address real challenges, and inspire action. The winning film may be featured in Children Action’s campaigns to amplify its message and drive change.
This prize empowers filmmakers to advocate for children and inspire lasting impact worldwide.

Their support has allowed underrepresented communities to participate and have their voices heard through film—sharing powerful stories and perspectives that enrich the the festival’s message.
Safe World Peace is a humanitarian initiative dedicated to promoting peace through solidarity and cultural actions. Committed to fostering dialogue, mutual aid, and respect among people, the organization funds its projects through the sale of jewelry carrying a universal message of peace.
Each purchase directly supports concrete actions such as food and medical aid distribution, school renovations, and events focused on health, art, culture, and education.
